At Shoushan Stone Store, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, so we’ve made our return policy as easy as possible. For our full refund policy see the customer agreement below.
REQUIREMENTS
All merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHOUSHAN STONE STORE AGREEMENT
These terms apply to the purchase of Shoushan Stone Store products. By placing an order for Shoushan Stone Store, you accept and agree to the terms of this agreement.
AVAILABILITY
Every effort is made to maintain sufficient stock of all the products we offer. Potential inventory shortages at our distributor may impact our ability to fulfill an order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are, for any reason, unable to fulfill the order requirements. If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will notify you by email.
SHIPPING
Your order is shipped using a carrier that we have selected. Once you have completed your purchase on our online store, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Every effort is made to facilitate delivery of your order on time, and by the estimated delivery date. After your order is processed and fulfilled, we will send you an email containing the order tracking number. Once your order is fulfilled and placed in the hands of our selected shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee any delivery date indicated by the carrier.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shoushan Stone Store, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. You may return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery, as long as it is in same condition and has the original packaging. No returns are accepted over 14 days. We only accept returns of art work we sell directly to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, and is shipped back to us using with, the appropriate carrier. Priority shipping charges are non-refundable. If we suspect you’re abusing the return policy (for example by returning products on multiple occasions or on a seasonal basis), we reserve the right to refuse your return.
END-USERS AND RESELLERS
Our seals and art works are collected with love and care from all over the world specifically for Shoushan Stone Store customers. We reserve the right to refuse selling and shipping any product to you if we have reason to believe you are not a Shoushan Stone Store customer. Likewise, customer support is only available to the original art work purchaser. We do not currently sell to or work with resellers.
WARRANTIES
We don’t provide any warranty cover on our merchandise for any damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning, natural disasters or war.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Shoushan Stone Store does not accept liability for the purchase, use or return of merchandise or other products beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for product not being available for use, lost profits, loss of business or for lost or corrupted data or software, or the provision of services and support. Shoushan Stone Store will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any third party. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of product, Shoushan Stone Store is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the amount invoiced for the applicable product. Some jurisdictions may not enforce all of these limitations, and only the limitations that are lawfully applied to you in your jurisdiction will apply.
